17 Gifts You Didn’t Know You Could Monogram

I take that back—if you’re from the South, you know you can monogram anything standing still (thank you, Reese Witherspoon). I was first exposed to the magic of monogramming as a college student at the University of Florida; before my time there, I associated monograms with preppy babies and my grandmother.

But, upon arriving on campus, my new Southern friends (bless their hearts) were showing me how cute a monogram looks on baseball caps, notebooks, and even rain jackets!

These days, the monogramming phenomenon seems to have swept the nation, because who doesn’t want to personalize their possessions?

We all know you can monogram textiles (sheets, duvets, towels, aprons, etc.), so I’ve visited a few of my favorite retailers’ monogram shops to show you a few unique items that you can use to show off your new initials in every room of your home!

Brides, think about adding a few to your registry, and wedding guests, whenever you see the option to monogram, go for it!

(If you’re new the world of monogramming and need a quick cheat sheet of the rules, check out Mark and Graham’s guide here).
